Admission Process at Netaji Mahavidyalaya
- Seats of General Courses (B.A., B.Sc. & B.Com.) and Honours Courses in different subjects will be filled up through counselling process except BCA (H), BBA (H), Economics (H), Pol. Sc. (H) & Santhali (H). For this purpose a candidate has to purchase prospectus and forms, fill-up forms on the basis of eligibility criteria and submit the same to the college office by the fixed date. The candidate may download the form from website also.
- Those applying for reserved seats must attach attested xerox copy of caste/disability certificate from the appropriate authority with each application form.
- Students are to take receipts at the time of the submission of forms. The receipt must be referred to in any future enquiry.
- Merit List of candidates will be displayed on the College notice board as well as our College Website on 14th June, 2011 at 2 P.M. and admission will be held immediately after selection through counselling on 16th June 2011 as per schedule.
- Selection will be strictly on the basis of merit of applicant.
- The college authority reserves the sole right of admission.

N.B. :-
- Applicants are directed to mention blood group in the application form if he/she is well aware about his/her blood group otherwise he/she may submit it within two months after admission.
- No applicant will be allowed for admission in honours course if he/she fails to attend the Counselling.
- 5% marks will be deducted for all back candidates. (passed in previous year i.e. 2010, 2009, 2008).
- Application form for admission will be issued on and from 6th June, ’11 to 11th June, ’11 upto 4 PM.
- Complete application form will be accepted on and from 8th June, 2011 to 11th June, 2011 upto 4 PM.
- Merit list for Counselling will be published on 14th June 2011 at 2 PM.
- If any discrepancy arises in the Merit list, candidates are directed to report with documents in the College office on 15th June, 2011 (11AM to 4 PM)
